Our Approach

Without a doubt there is a diverse selection of camps for parents to choose from.  arc Camps distinguishes itself because of our philosophy, experience and staff. 

Philosophy

Camp is a supposed to be a fun and engaging time in any child’s life. Beyond our daily efforts to provide an enjoyable experience we also understand the need for students to learn. We approach fun and learning in much the same way, we believe the best way to do both is experientially. This is why all of our camp activities are hands on, and we encourage students to think creatively.

Experience

Over the past 11 years, we have worked with students of all ages, in 2010 arc was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for our best practices. Over these years we have been running camps and we have thoughtfully developed multiple camp options to address the needs of campers. We continue to improve our programming to make sure we are providing high quality.

Staff

Although much has gone into developing our philosophy and programming, our true asset is our staff. Many camps are content with hiring teens and calling them counselors, but we understand the importance camp has on developing children. This is why we invest in our counselors by providing extensive training (including CPR & First Aid certifications). Our counselors are experienced, empathetic, responsible, enthusiastic and passionate about molding young minds. Our counselors work with us during the school year at our various programs. They are all committed to providing an unforgettable experience for all our campers.

$225 per session

$50 per day (regular day)

$60 per day (field trip day)

Camps Offered

Our camps are a wonderful place to spend your school breaks.  This is why we offer three options:

Winter Camp >>
This camp is available during the schools winter break of December/January. It usually runs for 3 weeks.

Spring Camp >>
This camp is available during the schools spring break during March/April. It usually runs for 1 week.

Summer Camp >>
This camp is available during the schools summer breaks during June/July.  It usually runs for 7 weeks.

arc firmly believes that every kid should experience camp!

Each year we offer scholarships and discounts to all of our camp families. Some programs are need-based, but many others are available without any restrictions. All personal and financial information is always kept strictly confidential, and our staff is always available to answer any questions you may have.
